Summary If you enjoy working with buyers, touring homes, and being out in the community, a Showing Agent role can give you valuable hands-on experience while working alongside an established real estate team.
EO&A is looking for a Showing Agent to support buyers throughout Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, and surrounding communities.
You'll work closely with our agents and active buyer clients, helping coordinate and conduct property showings while providing the responsive, professional service our clients expect.
This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to gain more experience working directly with buyers and continue developing their real estate career as part of a team.
Responsibilities As a Showing Agent, you will:
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for active buyer clients
- Communicate with buyers before, during, and after showings
- Work closely with lead agents to understand each client's home search and priorities
- Provide timely feedback and updates following property tours
- Assist with buyer follow-up and maintain accurate information in the team's CRM
- Become familiar with available homes, neighborhoods, and communities throughout Sonoma County
- Provide a professional and positive client experience at every showing
- Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability
- Continue developing the skills needed to grow your real estate career
Because buyers often need to see homes when new listings become available, this position requires someone who can communicate promptly, manage their schedule well, and be dependable when showing appointments are scheduled.
Requirements We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an active California real estate license [see my note below]
- Is familiar with Sonoma County or willing to develop strong knowledge of the local market
- Enjoys working directly with people and providing excellent client service
- Is organized, dependable, and responsive
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is comfortable driving throughout Sonoma County for property showings
- Is willing to learn, receive coaching, and continue developing professionally
- Works well as part of a team
- Has reliable transportation and the ability to travel to showing appointments throughout the area
Previous high-volume real estate sales experience isn't required. We're looking for someone who takes client service seriously, follows through on commitments, and wants to grow their experience in the business.

Compensation & Professional Expenses This is a
100% commission-based real estate sales position. There is no hourly wage or base salary. Agents are responsible for maintaining their California real estate license and for any applicable professional expenses, including but not limited to membership in the appropriate local REALTOR® association/board and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Compensation varies based on activity, transactions closed, commission agreements, and individual production.
EO&A provides team systems, training, coaching, technology, and support to help agents develop their skills and grow within the business.

Responsibilities - Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
