As a Constant Patient Observer with Securitas, you will provide continuous one-on-one monitoring of patients in a healthcare setting to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Working closely with nursing and security teams, you will observe patient behavior, help prevent falls, self-harm, or elopement, and promptly report concerns or incidents.
